  • Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium is named after the country’s first deputy prime minister and minister of home affairs, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, also known as the Iron Man of India. Located in Ahmadabad, it has the capacity to accommodate 110000 people, which makes it the largest stadium in the world, and it also serves as the headquarters of the Gujarat Cricket Association. It was built in 1982 and has witnessed many thrilling international and domestic cricket matches between top players. In 2020, it underwent a major transformation that expanded its size and improved its architecture and facilities, making it a world-class place for conducting cricket matches. It was also in this year that the stadium became famous for hosting the Namaste Trump event, which gained it worldwide attention. The key feature of this stadium is that it is made using reinforced concrete, and its exterior wall, which gives it so much strength, has an unusual folded plate design.
  • Lord’s Stadium is a fabulous stadium that now stands on a third of the grounds that were originally allotted to it in 1817 and can accommodate 30,000 people. Over the years, it has become hugely popular for hosting thrilling cricket matches, with it becoming the host of such events even during the Second World War. It has numerous rich cricketing traditions that fans will want to be a part of, and surrounding it are fabulous restaurants that fans and cricketers visit after a match.
