They can be understood only through experience.Learning to FLY- Every detail in our homes comes together to give you the experience and comfort of an independent home, while being part of a convenient and high-quality community culture. We have tried to perfect our homes over time to provide a sense of warmth, privacy, openness and tranquility in an increasingly stressful world. Almost every space opens out onto a landscaped garden, complete with a sprinkler system and drip irrigation system, and large glass panels to bring in natural light into the home.

About Total Environment

Total Environment is an award-winning design focused firm based out of Bangalore – India’s Silicon Valley. The company was founded in 1996 when architects Shibanee and Kamal Sagar set out to design and build homes the way it should be – focusing on the family that would live in the home and thinking about every detail they would want.

Over the last 21 years and across 22 completed communities, we have led the change towards design-thinking in the home building space. We not only listen to and understand the needs of individual families but also devote tremendous amount of attention and effort to details that make for well-designed homes.

Along the way, we have earned customers-for-life, garnered numerous awards, and won a lot of hearts.
