College of Engineering and National College, are located in this area. Famous Medical institutions in the locality are The Victoria hospital, Sri Balaji Hospital, and ESIC Hospital. Beautiful shopping malls & Gandhi Bazaar still continues to be a busy marketplace, crowded with countless shops and street vendors.

For 2BHK, the average rental prices here start at Rs 20,000. Depending on the size of the home and its location in Basavangudi, this varies.

 

Kanakapura Road:

What makes it famous?

A natural flow of development in the Jayanagar and Banashankari sectors saw the rise of Kanakpura Road with its promise of large stretches of land.

Why rent here?

While the outskirts of the area were picked up for the construction of farmhouses, mostly second homes for people in the city, sites here have been picked up by various branded real estate names, and large apartment complexes are being developed.

Names such as Mantri Group, Brigade Group, Gokulam, and more already have a presence here. With Metro construction in full swing here, this area continues to be well sought after.
